Delivery Within Australia
All orders are sent with “Authority to Leave” unless you specify otherwise. We aim to keep things convenient — no missed deliveries or waiting around.

Flat Rate Shipping: $8.95 anywhere in Australia. We chip in on the cost to support our trade customers.

Free Shipping: Orders over $120 AUD receive free express shipping — our way of saying thanks for choosing Simply LED.
Processing Time
We work fast — most orders are dispatched same day or next business day. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will ship the following business day.
Delivery Challenges
While we aim for smooth deliveries every time, issues like weather delays, missed drops, or even theft can occasionally occur. If there’s a problem, we recommend contacting Sendle or Aramex directly — but we’re always here at info@simplyled.com.au to assist and help resolve any issues.
Returns to Sender
If your parcel is returned to us for any reason, please note:

We can issue a refund minus shipping if you no longer wish to proceed.

If you’d like your order re-shipped, we’ll just need to confirm your address and apply a $15 re-delivery fee.
This fee applies in cases such as:
