Our Manufacturing Process
PAt Simply LED, every strip is built with precision and care. Here’s how we ensure top-tier quality from start to finish.
1. Raw Material: We start with premium-grade LED chips, copper PCBs, and high-quality silicone, sourced for durability, brightness, and reliability.
2. Die Attach: Each LED chip is securely mounted onto the PCB using advanced die bonding techniques, ensuring accurate placement and strong adhesion.
3. Reflow Soldering: Components are soldered using a high-temperature reflow process, locking everything into place with consistent electrical connections.
4. Gluing: A protective silicone coating is applied to enhance water resistance, dust protection, and overall durability.
5. Cutting: Strips are cut to standard lengths, with cut points clearly marked for easy customisation by electricians on-site.
6. Testing: Every strip undergoes a full quality control check, including light output, color consistency, and electrical safety.
7. Packing: Strips are sealed, labelled, and boxed with care, ready for dispatch to installers, wholesalers, and retail shelves.
